Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG advises InCity Immobilien AG on their Capital Increase

 

Frankfurt am Main, July 26th 2010

InCity Immobilen AG (FWB: IC8) announced that it has successfully placed 1,000,000 new shares in the Company via a capital increase with subscription rights to existing institutional investors at a price of EUR 5.00 per share. InCity Immobilien AG received gross proceeds of 5 million EUR in the oversubscribed capital increase. The Company was advised by Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG, which acted as Sole Lead Manager und Sole Bookrunner in the transaction.

InCity Immobilien AG is focused on the conception and realization of top-notch real estate in German cities and growth regions in inner city locations. The Company develops and markets residential as well as single commercial properties with a high real net output ratio and shortest possible cycle.

InCity Immobilien AG became a publicly traded company in 2007 with its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Entry Standard segment.
