The shareholder of Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG is the holding company Close Securities (Germany) Ltd which is majority owned by Close Brothers Group plc, a leading independent European merchant bank focusing on medium-sized companies.
Established more than 125 years ago in London, the Group today employs about 2,500 people. It is among the top 200 companies listed on the London Stock Exchange in terms of its market capitalisation, which comes to approx. €1.0 billion.
